Cigna MotivateMe® Incentive Program
The Cigna MotivateMe® wellness incentive program is available to employees with Cigna health medical plans as a way to reward healthy behaviors. Cigna members can earn a gift card worth up to $300 for completing certain healthy activities, such as:
- A personalized health assessment – $25
- A biometric health screening – $25
- Health coaching by phone – $50
- Annual physical – $50
- Cancer screenings – $25
- And more!

How Do I Participate in the MotivateMe® Program?
- Create an account on .
- Once you reach the Home Dashboard, select the "Wellness" tab on the far right.
- Click "Wellness Incentives" in the drop-down menu.
- Scroll down to see your available incentives. Not all incentives are immediately listed, so make sure you select "View All Incentives."
- Select "Let's Go" to begin completing each incentive.
- Once an incentive is complete, select "Redeem."
