Welcome to the DU Community! We’re thrilled to have you join us and want to make sure you feel confident and supported as you prepare to register for your Autumn classes at DU. Our advising period for first-year students runs from July 7th - 18th, 2025. During this time, you can participate in both virtual group advising sessions (recording available) and individual meetings with an Academic Advisor to ensure you’re well-prepared.
Our entire advising team is here to support you through the process. You are not alone! We have a short window of time to assist many new students, so we’ve set up virtual Zoom group advising sessions. These interactive sessions allow you to engage live with Academic Advisors and other first-year students, providing opportunities to meet peers and practice creating your first-quarter schedule with expert guidance.
If you need further assistance after the group session, you may attend a quick question drop in appointment for more detailed help.
Don’t worry—you won’t mess this up! We’re here to help. Feel free to reach out to us at advising@du.eduÌý²¹²Ô²â³Ù¾±³¾±ð.
