Talent@DU is DU's talent management platform with opportunities for learning and professional development all in one place. Talent@DU uses Cornerstone's platform, one of CUPA-HR's preferred providers for talent management software.

Cost and Eligibility:
All active employees at the Â鶹Çø are eligible to use Talent@DU (Cornerstone) for performance planning at no cost.

Adjunct Faculty have access to Talent@DU if they are in a current active job. When you return into an active job, your access to Talent@DU will be re-instated and all your previous trainings, and training history will be available.Ìý

How do I start using Talent@DU?
Login to my.du.edu and select Talent@DU under employee tools widget.
