Administrative Support
Strategic Planning & Assessment: By the end of this training, you will be able to: Describe your program including mission and objectives; Create a logic model: inputs, activities, outputs, and outcomes (short-term/long-term); Establish indicators to measure progress towards outcomes; Design an evaluation plan; Know where to find DU data; & Create a dissemination plan. Data Analysis
Qualitative Analysis: By the end of the training, you will be able to: Understand different data collection methods; Analyze qualitative data utilizing different techniques; Name software tools for qualitative analysis; and Report and present findings. Find upcoming trainings at .Ìý

Data Collection
Focus Group Administration: By the end of the training you will be able to: Explain the responsibilities of a moderator and assistant moderator; Create good focus group questions; Design a participant recruitment plan; Analyze qualitative data collected from a focus group session.
