Annual conflicts of interests are administered electronically viaÌýÌýand are managed by Enterprise Risk Management.Ìý The process for reporting conflicts of interest may be found here.

Subcertification Disclosure

Deans, directors, and budget officers at the Âé¶¹Çø are required to complete subcertifications related to financial disclosures for their departments.ÌýThe board-approved policy and disclosure can be found here.

Annual sub-certifications are administered electronically viaÌýPioneerWebÌýand are managed by the Controller’s Office in conjunction with Internal Audit.Ìý The deadline for the completed form is July 31stÌýeach year.Ìý
