The Lamont Wind Ensemble presents 鈥淚magination and Industry,鈥 a program brimming with heroic spirit and bold new sounds. Trumpet Professor Brian Neal takes the spotlight in the world premiere wind ensemble arrangement of his Emmy Award鈥搘inning Concertante, paired with Joseph Turrin鈥檚 Evensong for trumpet and winds. The evening also features Adam Schoenberg鈥檚 triumphant American Symphony and the sparkling Downey Overture by Oscar Navarro. With its blend of virtuosity, grandeur, and fresh compositional voices, this concert celebrates the artistry and innovation driving today鈥檚 wind music.
